Buffalo jam band veterans releasing debut single

It’s been a LONG time coming…

Out on all major digital music outlets January 15th, 2021, Organ Fairchild's Seepin’ is a song almost forty years in the making.

The single, mastered by Alan Evans of Soulive, marks the very first original music output from three long-time veterans of the jam band scene.

Individually, these musicians have gone on to play with Bob Weir, Rob Wasserman, Robby Krieger, Nels Cline, Tony Rice, moe., Oteil Burbridge, Steve Kimock, Keller Williams, Strangefolk, Gibb Droll, Big Leg Emma, Juggling Suns and more, but it all started in a friend’s basement in the early 1980’s as part of seminal Buffalo jam band Wild Knights.

Joe Bellanti (organ and keyboards), Corey Kertzie (drums and percussion) and Dave Ruch (guitar) spent decades performing the music of the Grateful Dead, The Allman Brothers and The Band before finally taking a stab at writing their own music together.

But then, 2020!

…and what a year to start an original band

Organ Fairchild was born last winter as the very first original project for these three musicians. The band’s debut gig fell just four weeks before COVID shutdowns!

But the response was immediate, with major festival, drive-in series and club bookings after that very first show.
