Pink Talking Fish revealed their newest concept last month which adds the music of Beastie Boys into the mix of Pink Floyd, Talking Heads and Phish. Previously announced shows on 12/14 in Denver and 12/29 in NYC include DJ Logic as a special guest. Now PTF has announced that they will include this concept for their New Year's Eve hometown performance in Boston MA at Paradise Rock Club.

The band debuted pieces of the concept as a surprise treat to fans at their show at Winston’s in San Diego on 11/21. In the 2nd set, PTF opened with Phish's "Poor Heart" and seamlessly sandwiched "Girls" in the middle of it. A few songs later, a block of Beastie Boys songs were performed which included "So Whatcha Want", "Root Down" and "Fight For Your Right To Party".  A "Sabotage" encore capped the night off.

The audience energy was gigantic when these songs were played and the upcoming Pink Talking Fish Are Beastie Boys shows are sure to be fantastic events.
