Sweet Crude Announces Headline Tour

On the heels of their signing and album announcement last week,Louisiana bilingual pop project, Sweet Crude, has announced an upcoming nationwide tour. Headline dates kick off on April 18th, 2017 at The Record Bar in Kansas City, MO. The band has also been confirmed to perform at New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival on The Gentilly stage on Friday, May 5th and also have upcoming shows with Lake Street Dive, Big Freedia, Royal Teeth and more.

Sweet Crude is a young 6-piece composed of New Orleans musicians creating a sound that sets English and Louisiana's native French dialect to decidedly non-Cajun music. The band, boasting surnames like Marceaux and Chachere, seeks to reconnect with their lineage in the context of 5-part harmonies, tribal rhythms, and pop hooks.

Sweet Crude debuted in Spring 2013 and have hit the ground running.
