The Shift Network have announced the Winter Solstice Fest, a free and intimate livestream event, set to run from December 18th-20th, 2020. The three-day festival will bring an international line up of musicians, ritualists, artists, visionary speakers, indigenous elders, and more together with a focus on renewal. Yusuf / Cat Stevens has announced CatSong Festival, a special live YouTube broadcast in celebration of the 50th anniversary of his classic 1970 albums Tea For The Tillerman and Mona Bone Jakon, two records that have touched the hearts of millions and elevated Yusuf / Cat Stevens to legendary status as a musician and songwriter.

The Birthplace of Country Music (BCM) has been in the thick of planning its 2021 Bristol Rhythm & Roots Reunion music festival ever since the nonprofit announced the cancellation of its 20th anniversary event this year due to the global COVID-19 health crisis. Organizers say they are optimistic that new vaccines, now in development, will help the music, events, and tourism industries rebound after a long nine-month pause.

The Nashville Songwriters Association International (NSAI) is proud to reveal the line-up of songwriters participating in this year’s virtual edition of the annual Tin Pan South Songwriters Festival presented by Regions Bank. With the assistance of several incredible organizations and songwriters, the five-day event, taking place October 20-24, 2020, will feature more than 20 performances and includes nearly 75 songwriters!

Arise Music Festival announces their newest project: Arise Online, premiering on Thursday, November 5 at 7:00 p.m. MST with a concert from the Magic Beans captured at the legendary Colorado Sound Studios in Denver. “During ongoing uncertainty related to the pandemic, we wanted to keep our community alive, supported and relevant,” says Arise producer Luke Comer, “so we are introducing “Online” to create, capture and distribute musical, artistic and other content.

The team behind the WinterWonderGrass Music & Brew Festival, like many in the live event space, was faced with one of its toughest obstacles to date amidst the outbreak of the COVID-19 virus back in March - a cancelation of all remaining 2020 events. The Country Soul Songbook Summit is a four-day music festival and conference created by artists taking place on the world-wide-web October 15th - 18th. The Summit will feature performances, curated conversations, interactive workshops, and joyful re-imaginings of the Country-Americana canon. 

The Town and The City Festival will be presenting a special online program for 2020, bringing more than a dozen acts together for the third year of the festival.  The eclectic lineup will feature many past festival participants as well as new artists performing Americana, Folk, Rock, Blues, Poetry and Indie music.  The program will be broadcast via ONCE Somerville’s “ONCE Virtual Venue” platform Saturday, October 24 at 8pm and will be streamed on both the ONCE Virtual Venue’s and The Town and the City’s
