Prime is Dave’s most recent recording and features his working trio of Jared Gold on organ and McClenty Hunter on drums. The trio recently opened up for Steely Dan’s 2002 summer tour.

Fresh off touring with Steely Dan, the great jazz guitarist Dave Stryker – a master of many musical styles -- augments his regular trio (organist Jared Gold and drummer McClenty Hunter) with the equally versatile Grammy-nominated tenor saxophonist Troy Roberts for what promises to be a hip, soulful and energetic set.

A leader on 34 albums, including his popular Eight Track and Blue To The Bone series, Stryker’s band bops and swings with the best.

The last Wednesday of the month is “Solo Guitar Night,” a Round-Robin of unaccompanied solo guitar performances, in January by Frank Vignola, Jimmy Bruno, and Dave Stryker.
