Charleston, SC’s Dangermuffin is proud to announce the release of their newest studio album Heritage on March 31st, 2017. Themes of sea, sun, and spiritual connection weave through the eight-track release combining a cohesive blend of Alt-Americana, Island grooves, Folk and Jam. In celebration of the band’s sixth release, Dangermuffin will tour throughout the spring and summer in support of the album. A full list of confirmed dates are below with more to be announced soon.

The CITYPAK Project, a charitable initiative that provides specially designed backpacks to empower the homeless, will distribute CITYPAK backpacks to those in need at five upcoming events in Los Angeles. Beginning Tuesday, February 14th – Valentine’s Day – distributions will take place at shelters and community centers throughout the city that serve the homeless, including at-risk homeless youth and the LGBT community.

Oklahoma’s Travis Linville will release the gorgeously melodic roots album, Up Ahead, this week via CEN/RED Distribution, a division of Sony Music. An inexplicably authentic instrumentalist known for his work as a sideman with Hayes Carll, Linville moves to the front of the stage to start his release tour this week.

Nashville’s DEDSA wields psych-rock like a flaming sword to illuminate sci-fi tales of love and medieval debauchery. The band’s debut full length, Salmon Velocity, melds electronic music, psychedelia, metal and shoegaze into a powerful musical elixir. DEDSA will celebrate release night with a hometown performance at Nashville's Mercy Lounge on Friday, March 3.
