The Third Annual "Suwannee Spring Reunion” bluegrass music festival kicked off on Thursday, March, 21st in Live Oak, Florida. Located on the grounds of "The Spirit Of The Suwannee Music Park" located in Northern Florida, between Tallahassee and Jacksonville, just south of the Georgia border.

As spring approaches, the excitement builds as folks of all ages make plans to gather at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, Florida to continue a beloved festival tradition that features a range of music genres rooted in original music – Americana: Bluegrass, Newgrass, Folk, Singer/Songwriter, Blues, and more. Literally something for everyone! The gorgeous park with its mossy live oak laden grounds host the 3rd Annual Suwannee Spring Reunion, taking place Thursday through Sunday, March 21-24, 2019.

The felt moment of immediate experience has been lost. Perhaps we have given it away by not accessing it. Perhaps it was robbed by this mainstream media/cereal box religion/consumer culture. Music festivals help us drop out of the noisy centralized confines of the Matrix and fall into the magic of experience; to revel in the full richness of the moment. It is a domain of feeling, and at best it is a vector of love, light, good vibrations and community.

American music treasure Merle Haggard paid a visit to RFD-TV studios in Nashville recently to help Marty Stuart wrap up Season 5 of his hit RFD-TV series, The Marty Stuart Show.  The half hour musical variety program is broadcast on Rural Media Group’s network, RFD-TV, as part of its highly-rated Saturday Night Music Row block of music and variety entertainment.  The season finale, featuring Merle Haggard, is slated to air on Saturday, June 29.
