Voodoo Dead

It’s our sincerest regret to inform everyone that the Voodoo Dead show on October 7th, 2020 has been canceled. Refunds are available at the point of purchase. Tickets purchased online will be refunded automatically.

It was our intention to reschedule the shows for a later date as opposed to canceling but due to the current climate and the uncertainty of when that would be, we made the difficult decision to cancel.

It's the intention to have Voodoo Dead back in CO as soon as possible. Stay tuned for updates.

Steve Kimock brought his famed Voodoo Dead experience to the Ardmore Music Hall in Ardmore, PA on Feb 5, 2020.  Kimock was joined by legendary New Orleans bassist George Porter, Jr.

The spirit of the Grateful Dead community is alive at the Ardmore Music Hall this winter! The mainstay venue for Philadelphia area Deadheads and more will play host to several Dead-oriented shows throughout the late winter and early spring including Splintered Sunlight, Voodoo Dead ft. Steve Kimock, Grahame Lesh and Cris Jacobs’ Philly Shakedown, and more!

Voodoo Dead continued their tradition of playing late night shows during the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival, with a two-night run at Republic NOLA on Saturday, May 4th and Sunday, May 5th. Special guest Brandon "Taz” Niederauer joined the all-star band on guitar Saturday as fans enjoyed a rockin’ two-set show that kept the music going well into Sunday morning.

Inspired by Grateful Dead music with the spirit of New Orleans and American roots music, the band embodies a celebratory vibe with a depth of improvisation and breath that sets it apart. In 2015, Voodoo Dead debuted at the NOLA Jazz Festival as a super group with Steve Kimock, Bill Kreutzmann, Jeff Chimenti, Dave Schools, and Keller Williams.
