Jerry Joseph is a musician who lives in Portland Oregon, but he’s often gone. He’s been inducted into the Oregon Music Hall of Fame but is still rather obscure to a lot of people. He plays well over 150 shows a year in the usual places. Across America. Sometimes in Europe, Mexico, and Central America. Then there’s these other places he plays—Lebanon, Israel, Kurdish Iraq, India, and Afghanistan. All over the Middle East, often in war zones and refugee camps.

On November 20th, jamgrass instigators Yonder Mountain String Band made their way to the north country in Colorado for the final night of their extensive 5 week, twenty-three show, cross country fall tour. As expected, the quintet gave it their all to the regional Kinfolk, delivering a fantastic two-set throw down to a sold-out crowd at Washington’s in Fort Collins.

GRAMMY® Award-winning and Country Music Hall of Fame members, The Oak Ridge Boys, are bringing holiday cheer with their return to Gaylord Opryland Resort to celebrate the season at home this year with a 31-show residency as part of the resort’s 38th annual ‘A Country Christmas’ event.

Singer-songwriter Jim Keaveny could be a character out of a Mark Twain novel, born on the Missouri River before traveling through the country with a railroader's restlessness. Ostensibly, he's settled in the hard yet beautiful Texas desert where he lives off-the-grid in a house he built with his bare hands, surviving on rainwater he can't waste, but his picaresque lifestyle still takes him around the world.

Hot on the heels of the 20th-anniversary celebration of their incredibly popular and influential 2nd  studio album, Town by Town, Colorado’s beloved jam-grass pioneers Yonder Mountain String Band have just announced their tour plans for 2022. Kicking things off at Denver’s newly-opened and incredibly popular Meow Wolf Convergence Station on February 24th for a one-of-a-kind immersive music and art experience, the veteran band will continue into the Winter Wondergrass festival in Steamboat, Colorado.
