Dreamcatcher Events has officially announced NORAH JONES: VIVE EN LA HABANA – A MUSICAL JOURNEY THROUGH CUBA’S CULTURAL HEART, an historic cultural exchange set for February 16-19, 2024, in beautiful Havana, Cuba.

Presented by Dreamcatcher Events, NORAH JONES: VIVE EN LA HABANA will feature the 9x GRAMMY® Award-winning singer-songwriter in a four-day experience celebrating the rich and diverse cultural tapestry of Cuba through music, education, and more. Highlights will include two unique headline performances from Jones and her band at Havana’s historic Teatro Martí on February 17 and 18, both featuring songs from throughout Jones’ critically acclaimed career. In addition, attendees will receive a limited-edition event poster personally signed by Jones, take part in an exclusive soundcheck Q&A session at Teatro Martí, and enjoy the rare opportunity to sit in on a Master Class with Jones and renowned musicians at Cuba’s leading arts university, Institute Superior De Arte (ISA), fostering a deeper understanding of Cuba’s artistic and historical significance.

NORAH JONES: VIVE EN LA HABANA will further feature special performances by some of Cuba’s most iconic and influential musicians, including multiple Latin GRAMMY® Award-nominee Alain Perez, Afro-Cuban progressive rock band Sintesis, Cubadisco Award-winner Eme Alfonso, and others. Attendees will spend 4 days and nights at the Parque Central Hotel in the heart of Old Havana, explore important museums and cultural institutions, enjoy a classic American convertible tour of Havana and a walking tour of Old Havana, and delight in dinners at Havana’s finest restaurants including La Guarida, Cocinero, Atelier, and Il Carbon.

"I'm excited to be coming to Cuba for the very first time as part of a cultural and educational exchange,” says Norah Jones. “I'm looking forward to learning more about the country's rich musical heritage and sharing my music through two shows with my band at the historic Teatro Martí.”

Though individual travel for U.S. Citizens to Cuba is currently discontinued, Dreamcatcher Events is fully licensed and authorized by both the U.S. Government (Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Asset Control) and Ministerio de Cultura de la República de Cuba to produce NORAH JONES: VIVE EN LA HABANA, ensuring the event complies with all necessary regulations.
