Spafford stopped by Variety Playhouse on Saturday in Atlanta, GA for another epic night of music with the jam heavy quartet. The duo Al and Rob from moe. opened up the show with a performance they title "moe.stly Acoustic." Guitarist/vocalist for Spafford Brian Moss sat in with this classic combo for the song "Happy Hour Hero." Variety was abundant at Variety Playhouse on Saturday. The second set came out a blaze with the song "Smoke Two Joints," made famous by Sublime, but originally composed by 80s reggae duo The Toyes. This set also featured the new original song "Motel 6" released earlier this year amongst many other originals for Spafford.

The second set continued with even more madness with the cover of "Pets" by Porno for Pyros right into "Mad World" by Tears for Fears. Spafford is well known for pushing the boundaries of music and experimenting with multiple genres and styles with each song. The performance on Saturday is another example of their abilities to explore their extensive musical variety.
