Summerfest’s final weekend, 2022 dates announced

Summerfest 2022 will take place June 23-25, June 30-July 1, and July 7-9, Thursday through Saturday, from Noon - Midnight.  More details on the lineup will be forthcoming in the months ahead.

Summerfest in Milwaukee, WI has successfully hosted over 1,000 different performances, all spanning across three weekends this month (September 2-4, 9-11, and 16-18, 2021). The final weekend of Summerfest presented by American Family Insurance kicked off on 9/15 with the Dave Matthews Band concert and the music will continue Thursday, September 16 through Saturday, September 18, 2021. The blockbuster lineup this weekend includes Megan Thee Stallion and Miley Cyrus with opener Wiz Khalifa, and Guns N' Roses closing out the festival. Other can't miss artists -- Ludacris, Bleachers, Run The Jewels, Jake Owen, Flaming Lips, Turkuaz featuring Jerry Harrison & Adrian Belew, and many more.

This year's headliners also included: Chris Stapleton, Jonas Brothers, Luke Bryan, Chance the Rapper, Wilco, Diplo, Fitz and The Tantrums, Bleachers, Black Pumas, Run the Jewels, Rise Against, Goo Goo Dolls plus. Located on 75 acres of permanent grounds in downtown Milwaukee adjacent to Lake Michigan, there is ample room for fans who will be in attendance. Bringing back festivity fun while still adhering to COVID-19 safety guidelines, Summerfest followed vaccination or testing mandates for all three weekends.
