New York-bred TAUK has been laying down an all-instrumental blend of progressive rock, hip-hop and jazz on stages across the U.S. for the last several years, until Covid 19 shut down the world. For the first time since their March 8, 2020 set at Florida’s Gasparilla Music Festival, the band will perform two new sets for fans, live from their new studio in Long Island, NY on March 27th. While there can’t be an in-person audience, the band is including their fans by letting them determine the set-lists entirely by request for a show they are calling "TAUK Request Live". The band has partnered with Set The Set to let fans craft their perfect setlist, and vote for all of the TAUK songs and select covers that they want to hear on Saturday, March 27th at 8pm ET. Setlist voting will be open until March 19th here: https://tauk.settheset.com

The brand new 2 set show will be live streamed on Nugs.net, with tickets priced at $9.99. Ticket buyers that purchase their tickets by March 11th will receive a discount code for a limited-edition merch drop that will go public on March 12th. A new edition of their sought-after FUNK hats, a TAUK branded mask, and a new limited edition T Shirt will all be made available from March 12th to March 27th. Fans that want to listen to the show in audio only format after the live stream will be able to pre-order an MP3 download of the full show when they purchase tickets to the video stream for a bundle price of $17.99. The video livestream will be available live, or for 48 hrs from when the fan presses play on the stream. Current subscribers to the Nugs.net subscription streaming service will be able to access a special 15% discount on ticket purchases to the live stream. The band is also pleased to announce that they have entered the studio to begin work with long time producer/collaborator Robert Carranza (Beastie Boys, Mars Volta, Jack Johnson) on a new album. Carranza will also man the audio mix for the livestream on March 27th. They hope to be able to release new music this fall for the first time since the release of 2018’s Shapeshifter 1 & 2 cycle.
