20 years ago Producer Henry K gathered reggae music’s top talent to celebrate the Grateful Dead, one of rock’s most beloved and prolific bands. The result was Fire on the Mountain “Reggae Celebrates the Grateful Dead volumes 1 and 2,” critical and commercial successes that spent more than 2 years on top of the Billboard Reggae Charts. On November 20th, 2015, Red Hillz Music will be releasing a 20th anniversary edition of this historic project.

In their almost two decades of electrifying live shows, singular studio work and relentless drive to explore the frontiers of the bluegrass sound, the only thing Yonder Mountain String Band can't seem to do is stop. Their most recent studio recording, 2015's stellar Black Sheep, has added to an already impressive collection of the band’s original compositions and is easily their most sonically varied and accessible release to date.

Music and Arts festival The Mad Tea Party Jam, presented by Appalachian Jamwich, has announced the dates for their 5th annual event. The unique 3-day festival will take place June 16-19, 2016, at a new venue, Four Quarters Interfaith in Artemis, PA. This premiere venue of the Northeast features shaded camping, showers, flushing toilets, swimming holes, and a beautiful "vibration" built by years of spiritual love and respect for the land.
