Boston, MA bred band Lake Street Dive delivered a high energy 21-song set to a sold out crowd at the Outdoor Beer Garden behind Bell’s Brewery in Kalamazoo, MI on Sunday evening, August 23.

Originally formed in 2004 while studying at Boston’s New England Conservatory of Music, they are named after a popular strip of bars in trumpet/guitarist Mike “McDuck” Olsen’s hometown of Minneapolis, MN.

Natalie Cressman is a beautiful trombone player, composer, and vocal prodigy that has a long history already in her short life. Indie Rock band, Coyote Union has launched an Indiegogo campaign in support of their first full-length studio album. Goggin has produced Phish’s Farmhouse and Pavement’s Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain to name a few. The band plans to record and mix with Goggin in Brooklyn for two weeks in September and October and is looking to release the album in early 2016.

G. Love and Special Sauce have announced the release date for Love Saves The Day from Brushfire Records on October 30, 2015.

“Been Around A While,” the new album by Dalannah and Owen, represents a watershed moment for the Canadian blues duo. Filled with a bold mix of well-constructed original compositions and carefully selected covers of artists such as Son House, Louis Jordan, and Marvin Gaye, it's the result of two world-class talents combining to create something fresh and new.
