Capitol Hill Block Party today announced a partial lineup of performers for its 22nd annual music and arts festival, scheduled for July 20-22 in the heart of Capitol Hill in the Pike Pine corridor. Headliners include indie-folk singer Father John Misty, electronic DJ Dillon Francis and hip-hop group BROCKHAMPTON.

Marcus King and Billy Strings, two of the hottest names on today’s music scene, will join forces for a world-debut “King & Strings” set on May 25th at Rooster Walk, the festival announced today.

King will join Strings and his band for the duration of a late-night, 2-hour set at RW10, and iconic drummer Jeff Sipe will also sit in for the latter portion of the performance.

Rhythm N Blooms Music Festival is pleased to announce the daily lineup of artists for its ninth annual music festival. The festival, which takes place in downtown Knoxville on April 6-8th 2018, features a wide variety of national and regional acts ranging from Americana, Country, Alternative, Roots, and Blues. The Bill Monroe Bluegrass Hall of Fame is pleased to announce Miss Dixie and Tom T. Hall as their 2018 Hall of Fame Inductees. The award ceremony will be Saturday, September 22, in Bean Blossom, Indiana at the 44th Annual Hall of Fame and Uncle Pen Bluegrass Festival.

Hall of Fame selection is based on making substantial and enduring contributions to bluegrass music, and the Halls have contributed in a variety of ways for a half century.
