Sisters Leah and Chloe Smith front Rising Appalachia with a steeped tradition of music from their folk upbringing mashed with world-beat, grooves, stunning harmonies and a swaying soulfulness. The music is uplifting, inspiring, danceable and connecting in ways that affirms the human spirit. Touring in support of their latest release 'Wider Circle' they are promoting their 'Yoga Prison Project', a non-for-profit who works to bring yoga and mindfulness to American prisons. 

Opening the show Dustin Thomas provides his own version human affirmation. He defies labels but is certainly of a similar cut as modern day Bob Dylan with the radiance of an actualized spiritual leader.
