GRAMMY-nominated East Tennessee bluegrass group The Po’ Ramblin Boys will release their next album, Wanderers Like Me on Smithsonian Folkways. A look back at the band’s ten years since they formed as a house band in Tennessee, and the struggles and triumphs that have come since, the album is their first-ever made with an outside producer, Woody Platt, and features more original work than any of their albums to date.

Necessity is what brought GRAMMY-nominated, IBMA Award-winning bluegrassers The Po’ Ramblin’ Boys to formation in the first place—and it’s necessity that keeps them fueled today.

Smithsonian Folkways is proud to announce that the award-winning bluegrass group Po’ Ramblin’ Boys will release their third studio album on the label in 2022. The new album follows the acclaimed 2019 release Toil, Tears & Trouble on Rounder, which earned them praise from No Depression, American Songwriter, PopMatters, and a coveted appearances on NPR’s Mountain Stage and Nashville’s famed Grand Ole Opry.
