This fall, composer, cellist, cyclist, activist Ben Sollee will release Half-Made Man, a new studio album out September 25th, 2012 on Sollee’s own Tin Ear Records, distributed by Thirty Tigers. The album features Sollee’s signature sound of cello-infused blue-eyed-soul and is his most personal and adventurous release to date. With the enlistment of a diversely talented cast of friends, Half-Made Man explores the intimate and honest musings of a man reflecting on the world around him.

The Suwannee Music Foundation in partnership with The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park today announce Suwannee Valley Flood Jam: A Benefit For Suwannee, Hamilton & Columbia Counties on August 17 & 18 at The Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak, FL.On June 24, 2012, Tropical Storm Debby settled over north Florida for 4 days, dumping more than 25 inches of rain in some areas of Suwannee, Hamilton and Columbia Counties.

Jomeokee Music and Arts Festival is pleased to announce additional artists to its first annual festival lineup.
