SUSTO released their first ever concert recording Live From Codfish Hollow today. The album was recorded on September 8 & 9, 2023 at Codfish Hollow Barnstormers in Maquoketa, IA during the band’s curated Fine2Day Fest.  The 24-track set features highlights throughout SUSTO’s catalog as well as their renditions of Lana Del Rey’s “Video Games,” and the Oasis classic “Don’t Look Back in Anger.”

Today, Global AfroPop star Yemi Alade has released her new studio album Rebel Queen, the latest addition to what has become an illustrious discography. The album title is a testament to Yemi’s reign as Africa’s Queen of AfroPop and her boundless unapologetic love for her African heritage and continent: the reason why she is also known as Mama Africa.  Along with the album release, Yemi has shared her single, “Peace and Love,” the long-awaited collaboration with reggae legend Ziggy Marley.

For his first new music since the release of 2023’s critically acclaimed solo album, Leaving Is Believing, singer/songwriter/mandolinist Ashby Frank commemorated the passing of long-time friend and colleague, legendary banjoist Terry Baucom, by remaking the latter’s signature instrumental, “Knee Deep in Bluegrass,” and taking it to the top of the bluegrass charts.

Psychedelic funk veterans Lettuce have announced a re-release of their longtime-cherished album Live in Tokyo available via Lettuce Records on September 13th in celebration of the album’s 20th anniversary.
