Celebrated Austin, TX band Shane Smith & the Saints have released their brand-new track “Live Free (See Me Running)” with Turtlebox Audio. The inspiring song serves as a reminder to not take for granted the environment and fundamental beauty that surround us. “Live Free (See Me Running)” will be featured as the official anthem for Turtlebox Audio. Listen to the new track HERE.
“The mantra of this song is really a reverse engineered idea of what the American Dream should be,” says Smith. “It’s meant to inspire us to get out of our daily grinds and back into nature; to experience all of the elements that make us human. The original melody that this song was derived from has been stuck with me since 2010, when I first moved to Austin to begin a career in music. I’m so thankful that it finally found its place alongside this collaboration with Turtlebox.”
Shane Smith and The Saints and Turtlebox Audio have released an accompanying video for “Live Free (See Me Running).” The Turtlebox team culled through over 25,000 GB of exhilarating, active outdoors footage, captured across 100+ locations throughout the U.S. to create the clip. “Shane’s song is a perfect embodiment of the ethos of Turtlebox,” says Turtlebox co-founder Jonathan McKenzie. “We have always been and will continue to be a brand that chooses to LIVE FREE and encourages our customers to do the same. When you layer his song over the visual assets we’ve gathered, the results are stunning. I get chill bumps every time I watch this video and listen to this song.” Watch “Live Free (See Me Running)” HERE.
On May 6th, Shane Smith and The Saints return to the Red Rocks Amphitheatre for their third headlining show at the legendary venue. For more information, or to find a date near you, click HERE.
