Formed in 1970, Mudcrutch was the Ganiesville, Florida working band formed by Tom Petty and Tom Leadon prior to Petty realizing fame with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.
After 33 years, Mudcrutch reunited in 2008 with all but one of the original members. They recorded and performed a some live gigs. Fast forward, the band is out touring again through June and just release this May 20th a second full-length recording titled '2'. Described as a Country rock classic Petty and co. revisit their original sound.They covered most of the new material live.
