Blue Note Records, Concord Music Group, Mack Avenue Music Group, Nonesuch Records, the Verve Label Group and Warner Music Group have joined together to release Relief — an all-star compilation of previously unreleased music from Jon Batiste, Kenny Garrett, Herbie Hancock, Hiromi, IRMA and LEO (Esperanza Spalding and Leo Genovese), Charles Lloyd, Christian McBride, Joshua Redman and Cécile McLorin Salvant.

Fresh off the road with The Hives and Spoon, Nicole Atkins shares a new version of her song, "Mind Eraser," today. The shadowy noir song Rolling Stone called a "hazy dream," was co-written by My Morning Jacket's guitarist Carl Broemel. It comes from a milestone new album and full-length performance film called MEMPHIS ICE. The album arrives via Single Lock Records Friday, December 10 on limited-edition vinyl and at all DSPs and streaming services; pre-orders are available now.

On March 11, 2022, The Sully Band, voted Best Live Band at the 2020 San Diego Music Awards, will release their debut LP, Let’s Straighten It Out, conceived in the hallowed halls of Henson Recording Studio in Hollywood, California (formerly A&M Studios). Vermont-based multi-instrumentalist Supraluke released a new single, “Hoot.” Now available on YouTube accompanied by a kaleidoscopic lyric video, the percipient folk tune includes synth work from Ben Colette and piano accompaniment from Kevin Gift. “Hoot” is the first single off of the upcoming full-length album Songs for the Great Blue Heron, set to be released on 2/22/22.

The Whitmore Sisters, siblings Eleanor and Bonnie Whitmore, have released the third single from their highly anticipated debut, GHOST STORIES, today via all streaming services. The Bluegrass Situation premiered the song, "The Ballad of Sissy and Porter," inspired by one of the "ghosts" referred to in the title, their late bandmate and friend Chris Porter. The song was written by Bonnie Whitmore with Bonnie Montgomery and features an Acadian feel, with labelmate Dirk Powell adding accordion.
