Chuck Berry

On this day, October 18th, 1926, the cosmos gifted us Chuck Berry—a luminary whose music became the heartbeat of generations. Today, we at Grateful Web gather to honor not just the man, but the boundless legacy he etched into the soul of rock 'n' roll. Chuck Berry was not merely a musician; he was a storyteller, a visionary who strummed the strings of our collective consciousness with his electric guitar.

Today, Dualtone Records releases Live From Blueberry Hill, a new album that documents the famous run of hundreds of shows that the late Chuck Berry — the American music icon Bob Dylan called “the Shakespeare of rock and roll” — performed on the Duck Room stage in the famed St. Louis venue.
