The one-day Just Like Heaven festival returned to Pasadena on Saturday, May 18th, for its fifth year. With so many acts overlapping, choosing which bands to watch was a challenge. The day began with DJs spinning tunes from the 00s on both stages. The timeline of the music seemed to be the one fact tying the diverse lineup together. Prioritizing becomes particularly challenging at a festival like Los Angeles’ Just Like Heaven, which features indie bands whose most acclaimed albums emerged in the early 2000s.

The third annual Summer Set Music & Camping Festival (SSMF) returns to the beautiful Somerset Amphitheater nestled in the woods of Northern Wisconsin on Friday, August 15th - Sunday, August 17th, 2014! The festival once again will span across multiple stages with internationally touring artists from every genre.

COASTLINE FESTIVAL announces the lineup for the inaugural festival taking place Saturday, November 9th in Tampa and Sunday, November 10th in West Palm Beach.  With all-day music on 2 stages, 11 bands, a wide array of food trucks, over 25 craft beers with a heavy tilt toward Florida’s own wildly popular hand craft brewers, and regionally renowned artists, COASTLINE FESTIVAL will have something for all.

Forty-six years ago, Jimi Hendrix took the stage at the Monterey Pop Festival and set his guitar on fire, ushering in a new definition of rock and roll.

Boston Calling Music Festival had a successful debut back in May, when bands and fans gathered within the city’s historic City Hall Plaza for two days filled with music and great vibes.

After closing out its first two-day festival today with enormous success, and to a sold out crowd, Boston Calling, announces a second edition, which will take place just a few months from now, September 7 and 8, 2013, at the city’s historic City Hall Plaza [One City Hall Square, Boston, Massachusetts]. Just before headliner The National played an unforgettable set on the Main Stage, Boston Calling further amped up fans by announcing that it will return to City Hall Plaza in September with Vampire Weekend and Passion Pit headlining.

I’ve read Treasure Island, Last of the Mohicans, Wizard of the Oz, Lord of the Rings, Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea, Tarzan and my all-time favorite, Of Mice and Men.  All these stories do not compare with the living storybook of Electric Forest 2013.  There was a hole in a tree and I fell in.  Tumbling down the black hole there was voice that told a story.  It went like this:  Once upon a time at a grand ranch in Michigan, there was a magical forest.  In that forest lived the happy

A year out from the release of their critically-acclaimed  sophomore album Gossamer, Passion Pit have announced a massive fall headlining tour across North America, including festival appearances at the First City Festival, Boston Calling, Austin City Limits and North Coast Music Festival.  The tour also includes two shows at New York City's Pier 36 on September 6th and 7th, where Passion Pit will offer discounted tickets to fans that purchased seats to the band's sold-out February performance at Madison Square Garden, but were unable to attend due t

The final workday before Bonnaroo always seems to be the longest.  Constantly checking the clock, my mind was wandering in anticipation for the weekend’s festivities and it was making it rather difficult to focus on any task at hand that didn’t involve me getting on the road and down to the farm.  With a lot of musical distraction I made it through the 9 to 5 crunch, packed my bags, and headed west.  Instead of making my way south towards the Volunteer State, this year was goi

With 2013 around the corner, Passion Pit is excited to announce a headlining North American tour in February and March with special guests Matt & Kim. The tour starts on February 5th in Norfolk, VA, three nights before the bands previously announced headlining debut at Madison Square Garden. The tour continues with a hometown show in Boston, MA on February 9th at the Agganis Arena, before heading west for theatre and arena shows in Denver, Salt Lake City and more – making this the band's largest headlining tour to date!
