The Steel Wheels bring their Slipstream Tour to to Ozark on Saturday, October 18 , when they perform at Yonder Mountain String Band's Harvest Festival. The Steel Wheels are renowned for their raw energy and chemistry on stage, where they cluster tightly around a single microphone to adorn Trent Wagler's unmistakable tenor with bell-clear four part harmonies complimented by Eric Brubaker's fiddle, Brian Dickel's upright bass and Jay Lapp on the mandolin and guitars.

Three days of Riot Fest is definitely a marathon and not a sprint, and although I did not make it as early as I anticipated either of these two days, I enjoyed what I saw especially the legendary The Cure set.

Bear Creek Music & Art Festival has added headlining artist Chris Robinson’s Soulive Revue. This one-time-only collaboration will feature Black Crowes/Chris Robinson Brotherhood singer Chris Robinson with Soulive (Eric Krasno, Alan Evans and Neal Evans), The Shady Horns (Eric Bloom and Ryan Zoidis) and several very special guests.

Mainly known for his work in Bright Eyes, guitarist and vocalist Conor Oberst is in the midst of a coast-to-coast tour showcasing his new solo album, Upside Down Mountain. Recently, Oberst played a nearly sold-out show at The Boulder Theater in Boulder, Colorado.
