KBCO Announces Studio C 30th Anniversary 2-CD Release Date & Track Listing

The KBCO Studio C archive releases 32 new gifts this holiday season on Saturday, December 1st!  Celebrating its 30th year, the annual KBCO charity CD will be a 2-CD set featuring 32 songs recorded live on the air from the Denver/Boulder radio station’s performance studio.

97.3 KBCO handpicks a wide variety of songs from artists, who donate their time & talent, for their world famous KBCO Studio C charity CD Series.  The first disc spans the past 12+ months of live music recorded on the radio at 97.3 KBCO. The second disc is a curated retrospective journey from KBCO Studio C highlighting tracks recorded over the past three decades and includes some of the biggest names in music today: Coldplay, The Doobie Brothers and Emmylou Harris are among the 16 artists included.

The limited edition, 2-CD set will be available 8am, December 1st at select Colorado Whole Foods Market locations.  An annual tradition for a highly sought after collectors’ item, thousands of loyal KBCO fans line up to purchase the latest KBCO Studio C CD for a unique holiday gift. KBCO Studio C 30th Anniversary 2-CD set will be sold for $15.00 with the ability to purchase up to 6 CDs per person.

Proceeds from the sale of the KBCO Studio C 30th Anniversary 2-CD set will benefit the Food Bank of the Rockies and Boulder County AIDS Project. “Boulder County AIDS Project is thrilled that the 97.3 KBCO Studio C 30th Anniversary CD will be released on World AIDS Day this year! Since 1992, KBCO has been our loyal partner generously donating proceeds from the annual sale of this unique and much sought after collector’s item.
