Rubblebucket

FOLLOW THE ARROW, the second annual edition of the Hudson Valley festival presented by Marco Benevento at Arrowood Farms in Accord, NY, has been announced for Saturday, June 17. Benevento and his band will be joined by Rubblebucket, The Barr Brothers, Scott Metzger, and Benevento Family Band. A second round of artists and special guests will be revealed in early April.

Green River Festival is pleased to announce that 2023's festival will include Little Feat, The Wood Brothers, St. Paul & The Broken Bones, Sierra Ferrell, Sammy Rae & The Friends, Cory Wong (Vulfpeck) and more. More bands will be announced in the coming weeks. The beloved genre-spanning festival celebrates 36 years this June and will return to the Franklin County Fairgrounds in Greenfield, MA.

With three days of activities, On the Ocean Weekend celebrates Guster and the band’s fans, highlighted by a day-long festival at Thompson’s Point on Saturday, August 10th. The concert will feature two sets from the band, including a live performance of the full album Lost And Gone Forever, celebrating the 20th anniversary of the album’s release.

In summer 2015, after finishing a year of intense touring, Rubblebucket’s Kalmia Traver and Alex Toth began the process of bringing their next record to life. As an experiment, Kalmia asked Alex (her longtime romantic partner) to move out while they worked on the album, then accepted the marriage proposal he made during a recording session just a month later.

This fall has had Brooklyn's indie pop band Rubblebucket extremely busy, touring a mere full circle across America with good friends Reptar, while promoting their latest EP Oversaturated!

The song, found on the Oversaturated EP which hits streets digitally and on 10" vinyl next Tuesday (9/11), boasts feel good lyrics (half nonsensical/half nonfictional), bursts of synths and horns, alongside a whole lot of onomatopoeia courtesy of singer Kalmia Traver!
