The 36th edition of Jazz Middelheim will be held from 3 through 6 August this year, which is slightly earlier than the weekend of 15 August, which is when the festival is normally held. “In cooperation with several other international festivals, we try to make sure that the public from all around the world can enjoy their favorite acts every year. In order to be assured that we could put the right programme together, we moved the festival up a little bit this year,” explains festival organizer Bertrand Flamang.

The Copernicus Theater has an old-world charm, which is perfectly suited for a class act like the British legend Robin Trower. Many fans arrived early to talk; reminisce. Although “Time and Emotion,” Trower’s new CD of eleven originals had not yet been officially released to the public at large, lucky fans were able to purchase a few at the merch table, and the buzz about that new disc and Trower’s legacy filled the room.
The music and history of Michael Jackson is legendary to say the least. Everything that the King of Pop ever performed was gold. His hard work and dedication to his craft made him one of the greatest entertainers of all time.
