Severn Records announces an October 6 release date for The Last Shade of Blue Before Black, the new album from the legendary Original Blues Brothers Band, featuring guitarist Steve Cropper and sax player “Blue Lou” Marini, with special guests Eddie Floyd, Joe Louis Walker, Paul Shaffer, Dr. John, Matt “Guitar” Murphy and Joe Morton.

Over 40,000 humans come together for the love of music and art and put the real world on hold for a weekend or two if you are one of the lucky ones that can put the real world on hold for two weeks. The spirit of unity abounds as every heart vibrates with trust that this is going to be a good weekend.

“I moved to Denver on a whim,” says King Cardinal founder Brennan Mackey. “I’d been living in Chicago, working a finance job that I didn’t love, and I knew exactly what the rest of my life would look like if I stayed there. I decided I wanted to throw everything up in the air and see where it landed.”

North Coast Music Festival (NCMF) is thrilled to reveal a brand-new stage and more artist's added to this year's lineup! The stage will feature a variety of Chicago favorites throughout the weekend with each day dedicated to a specific genre. 

Garbage today shared a music video for their new single "No Horses". Directed by Pancake Mountain creator Scott Stuckey, the politically charged clip can be seen HERE. "No Horses" was released last month and is available now HERE. All of the band's profits from sales and streaming of the single will be donated to the International Committee of the Red Cross through the end of 2018.
