Throughout opening day of the festival, the Chicago Blues Festival will celebrate the 65th Anniversary of the Chicago-based Delmark Records and the independent label’s founder, Bob Koester. At 7:30 p.m., the festival will offer a lineup honoring 65 years of Delmark Record’s current and legendary blues artists in honor of legendary Delmark artists.

Singer - songwriter Rich Krueger was one of 32 artists out of 600 hopefuls chosen to perform at the legendary Kerrville Folk Festival last weekend. The annual festival is in its 47th year and many legendary artists have performed there. This year Rich won!

We Banjo 3, an award-winning band from Galway, Ireland, will release their fourth studio recording, Haven, on July 27, 2018, in conjunction with their upcoming U.S. and Canada tours. 

Featuring banjo, fiddle, mandolin, guitar, percussion and vocals, We Banjo 3’s sound is an infectious blend of traditional Irish Music with Americana, bluegrass, and a hint of pop, affectionately described as “Celtgrass.”  

LOVE CANON brings their acoustic-roots sensibilities to the electronic-tinged pop hits of the 80s and 90s to create Cover Story, their 4th album, due out on Organic Records July 13, 2018. With Cover Story, LOVE CANON delivers a fresh set of classics, crossing genres to recount music of decades past from the likes of Peter Gabriel, Billy Joel, Depeche Mode, and Paul Simon.

Southern soul-rockers JJ Grey & Mofro will perform at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on July 20. Ahead of the release of THE MOUNTAIN this Friday (6/08), award-winning entertainer Dierks Bentley will continue to unveil new music with performances off the album on national television and first-listen fan events. Tonight, Bentley will debut “Burning Man” (featuring Brothers Osborne) that critics have called a "hard-charging rocker” and his “most affecting song" (Rolling Stone) on the CMT Music Awards (6/06 at 7P CT on CMT).
