Songs That Shook The Planet” reintroduces listeners to indelible songs from artists who literally put their lives on the line to speak truth to power and provides a soundtrack of civil uprising that is perhaps even more powerful and relevant today.

After debuting a massive revamp of the festival grounds in 2021 and welcoming a record-breaking crowd of 75,000 people, Inkcarceration Music & Tattoo Festival aims to make the 2022 edition the biggest one yet. Over the weekend of July 15-17, music fans will converge for three days of nonstop music, tattooing, haunted attractions, and more, all held on the historic grounds of the Ohio State Reformatory (made famous by the movie The Shawshank Redemption) located in Mansfield, Ohio.

Kevin Farge is a songwriter and visual artist who was born in Houston, Texas, and moved to his stepmother’s native Costa Rica at age eight, where he learned to speak Spanish and surf. The family eventually settled down back in Houston. Farge has spent the past several years living in the same small beach town in Costa Rica that he visited as a child. Low Tide, Kevin Farge’s first full-length LP for Very Jazzed, showcases his unique melodic storytelling for solo guitar.
