On Saturday, September 17th, Grammy Award-winners and Americana mainstays Nitty Gritty Dirt Band will make their grand return to Nashville’s beloved Ryman Auditorium for a special, one-night-only performance.

Although considered as one of the ultimate ’album’ bands, Emerson, Lake & Palmer also crafted some stellar 7” singles across their illustrious career and on August 26th, BMG marks the occasion with the release of the group’s first ever singles box set, a deluxe collection featuring 12 reproduced 2-sided 7” singles pulled from UK & international pressings complete with rare original picture sleeves and label artwork.

In celebration of its 10th anniversary, Craft Recordings is set to release the first-ever vinyl pressing of Holidays Rule, a deliciously diverse collection of seasonal music featuring glittering contributions from across the musical spectrum. Due out September 30th and available to pre-order beginning today (8/24) as a 2-LP set pressed on translucent red vinyl and housed in a gatefold jacket (seen above).

Elements Music and Arts Festival hosted over 8,000 daily attendees, who gathered from 34 states and 24 countries for its fifth installment this past weekend, Aug 18-22. For three days, four nights and over 72 hours,  Elements transformed the woodlands adjacent to the Poconos Raceway in Long Pond, PA into a veritable playground filled with transformative performance stages that all acted as centerpieces to each Element of life.

Mempho Music Festival has announced the daily schedule for its fifth annual event taking place September 30-October 2, 2022 at Memphis Botanic Garden. The three-day event is set to kick off with a combo plate of funk, soul, rock and Americana courtesy of Adia Victoria, Bette Smith, Futurebirds, and Fantastic Negrito before Friday heavyweights Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit and The Black Keys both deliver full 90 minute sets at the Adams Keegan main stage.
