Ripple Effect, a music band from Worcester, Massachusetts, has made a significant impact on the local music scene with their new EP "Storm Rolls In." The band consists of Bob Moon, Jesse Garcia, Austin Magnant, Josh Briggs, and Jon Cotoni, and is known for its genre-blending style, combining rock, jam band psychedelia, funk, and country elements.
Scott “Top Ten” Kempner, the Bronx-born guitarist, songwriter and band leader, passed away today at a nursing home in Connecticut at the age of 69. The cause of death was complications related to early onset dementia.

On Friday, December 1, renowned singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist JJ Grey will premiere his intoxicating new song, "Rooster," the second track released from his upcoming album, Olustee. Olustee will be released on Alligator Records on February 23, 2024 on CD, LP and at all digital services. JJ Grey & Mofro have also announced a massive, months-long tour to follow. Grey previously released five groundbreaking albums on Alligator between 2007 and 2013.
