The High Hawks, an all-star cast of musical friends from Leftover Salmon, Railroad Earth, Hard Working Americans, and Horseshoes and Hand Grenades, are following up their acclaimed eponymous debut with Mother Nature’s Show, out February 16 on LoHi Records. Today, hometown hero Nathaniel Rateliff announces his return to Boettcher Concert Hall on April 5 and 6, 2024, for a tribute to legendary singer/songwriter Leonard Cohen. Opening with a solo piano set from Phil Cook, the performance is part of the Colorado Symphony’s Imagination Artist Series featuring brand new collaborations with Rateliff, RZA, and Mary-Mitchell Campbell. Known for creating the innovative and much-lauded Music Vacation experience, Topeka confirms another exciting experience will hit the shores of Miramar Beach next spring—Brandi Carlile’s “Mothership Weekend” is set for May 10-12, 2024. Created as an annual Mother’s Day celebration, the second iteration of this three-day music vacation will feature two performances from Carlile in addition to Bonnie Raitt, Sara Bareilles, Black Pumas, Nickel Creek, The Hanseroth Twins, Devon Gilfillian, and S.G. Goodman.

Shakti, the recently reconvened global fusion trailblazers, have been nominated for 2024 GRAMMY™ Award for Best Global Music Album for This Moment – the group’s first new studio album in more than 45 years, released on June 30, 2023, on the Abstract Logix label. “After our most successful tour ever of three continents, Shakti gets a GRAMMY Nomination for our album This Moment…” reacted co-founding guitarist and composer John McLaughlin, “We are thrilled and delighted beyond words.”
