Ten years later, the All Good Music Festival is being reimagined as All Good Now, set to take place on June 14-15, 2025, at the iconic Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. All Good Now combines the legacy of the original festival with a legendary venue and an exciting lineup, capturing the timeless energy that brought thousands together for nearly two decades.
The official All Good Now lineup is a carefully curated mix of bands from All Good’s past and present. Returning artists include Joe Russo’s Almost Dead, The String Cheese Incident, The Disco Biscuits, moe., Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Keller Williams, and The Bridge. They are joined by standout contemporary acts like Goose, Lawrence, Molly Tuttle & Golden Highway, Daniel Donato’s Cosmic Country, Neal Francis, Dogs in a Pile, and Eggy, promising a celebration that spans the evolution of the jam band and grassroots music scenes.
“All Good coming back feels like home,” says Kenny Liner of The Bridge. “So many meaningful moments in this community were formed on that mountaintop. We’re excited to see it reborn in a fresh way, giving the next generation a chance to create their own unforgettable experiences.”
Keller Williams reflects, “Whether in Maryland, Ohio, or the Virginias, All Good always had a warm and welcoming vibe. These were special events where babies were made. Thanks, Tim Walther.”
“We were just kids playing All Good’s early years at Wilmer Park,” adds The Disco Biscuits’ keyboardist Aron Magner. “We were a young band spreading our gospel across the country, planting roots with promoters who fostered community and love for music. Over the years, All Good helped us connect with new fans who joined us on tour. Now, 25 years later, we’re still spreading the gospel and honored to be part of All Good Now’s resurrection—bigger and better!”
In the days leading up to the festival, All Good Presents will host a series of All Good Now Pre-Parties at popular venues in Baltimore and Washington, D.C. These pre-parties underscore All Good Presents’ deep ties to the local music scene, featuring acts like STS9, Andy Frasco & the U.N., Moon Hooch, Sam Grisman Project, and The Bridge at venues including The Anthem, 9:30 Club, The Atlantis, and The 8x10.
Set within the scenic Symphony Woods, Merriweather Post Pavilion has hosted iconic artists like the Grateful Dead, Jimi Hendrix, and Phish. With its 40-acre natural oasis, Merriweather offers one of the best festival environments in the country, conveniently located between Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
“It’s funny because we’re too young to have experienced All Good as fans or performers,” says Ross Peterzell of Dogs in a Pile. “But it’s been the talk of the town on the festival circuit for years, and we’re thrilled to be part of its return.”
Jake Brownstein of Eggy shares a more personal reflection: “Growing up in Connecticut, I dreamed of attending All Good. My first festival experience, Gathering of the Vibes, shaped my life and fueled my passion for live music. While I couldn’t attend All Good back then, being invited now as an artist is beyond what I imagined. It’s an honor to be part of this momentous occasion.”
Greg Ormont of Pigeons Playing Ping Pong sums up the festival’s legacy: “All Good was the mecca for the mid-Atlantic music scene. It was our North Star as a rising band, and playing it in 2015 was a dream come true. There was nothing like All Good Festival… until All Good Now!”
Neal Francis keeps it short and sweet: “Stoked to be involved in its big comeback! Let’s rip!”
After extensive renovations in 2017, Merriweather features an elevated SkyLawn, a new roof with integrated solar panels powering much of the production, and The Chrysalis—a second stage within Symphony Woods that enables All Good Now to present its signature programming with no overlapping sets. Festivalgoers can also enjoy unique attractions like the Symphony Woods Shakedown, a historic pinball arcade, the Legends Sculpture Garden honoring icons like Willie Nelson and Tina Turner, and a walking tour celebrating Merriweather’s rich history.
For nearly three decades, All Good Presents has supported the growth of the jam band scene, nurturing emerging talent and building connections between club stages and festival lineups. With support from I.M.P., All Good Presents works with world-renowned venues like Merriweather Post Pavilion, The Anthem, and the 9:30 Club to deliver unforgettable live music experiences.
All Good Now represents the next evolution, bringing the All Good spirit to these iconic stages, and particularly to the historic Merriweather Post Pavilion, where fans will feel the magic and memories of past festivals reborn in a new, vibrant format.
