Acclaimed band Flatland Cavalry’s new album, Flatland Forever, is out today, celebrating their past ten years together and looking ahead to the next phase of their career. Stream or purchase HERE.

Lead singer Cleto Cordero shares, “Flatland Forever is a compilation of some of our most beloved and impactful songs from the last ten years—songs that ignited our dreams, carried us around the world and back, and changed our lives forever. These are songs we’ve always wanted to record but never found a home on an album until now, including a song we recorded but never released, a work tape that captures the raw magic of a song’s birth, and a brand-new song that reflects my pursuit of the proverbial dream. This project offers a snapshot of where we’ve been over the last decade. We hope you enjoy listening, and may the music always be easy on the ears, heavy on the heart. Forever.”

In addition to fan favorites from each of the band’s previous albums—Come May, Humble Folks, Homeland Insecurity, Welcome To Countryland, Songs To Keep You Warm, and Wandering Star—the record also features four new songs, alternate versions of previously released tracks, and more.

Ahead of the release, the group shared two album tracks: “Three Car Garage” and “Lubbock.” Already receiving acclaim, All Country News declares, “The Texas powerhouses are proving why they’re the heart and soul of today’s country music…a perfect reflection of their musical ethos: honest, heartfelt storytelling paired with captivating melodies.” Meanwhile, Country Central praises, “Even 10 years into their career, they continue to impress.”

Since their first show as a group in Lubbock, TX, in 2014, Flatland Cavalry has gained widespread attention from fans, fellow artists, and critics alike. Rolling Stone proclaims, “Flatland Cavalry are at the fore of the Red Dirt Renaissance…one of the most dynamic presences in country music,” while The Wall Street Journal adds, “This is a straightforward, upbeat electrified country-rock band,” and American Songwriter calls them “a dynamic representation of country music…with traces of Kris Kristofferson and John Prine’s enduring folk storytelling influence.”

In just the past year, they’ve written and recorded songs for two major film soundtracks (Twisters and The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes), received their first ACM Awards nomination (Group of the Year), and made their headlining debut at iconic venues such as Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium and Colorado’s Red Rocks Amphitheatre. Additionally, they’ve accumulated over 500 million streams across platforms, had music featured on Paramount’s Yellowstone and Netflix’s The Ranch, earned six #1 singles at Texas Country Radio, and toured relentlessly, including sold-out headline dates as well as shows with Willie Nelson, Luke Combs, Lainey Wilson, Jordan Davis, Midland, and more.

Known for their electric live performances, Flatland Cavalry will tour through the end of the year, including headlining shows at Fort Worth’s Dickies Arena (their first headlining arena show), Lubbock’s Buddy Holly Hall of Performing Arts and Sciences, and Philadelphia’s The Fillmore, among others. See below for the complete tour itinerary. Full details can be found at www.flatlandcavalry.com/tour.
