Béla Fleck & The Flecktones started out in 1988 when Béla put the band together for a TV show called The Lonesome Pine Specials. 30 years later, the original lineup is heading out on the road for 13 shows this Summer.

There are so many things I love about this band, but one of the biggest things for me is that each of us regard each other member as a teacher. They'll be starting the tour with a special "secret show" in Cleveland, OH where fans will be able to catch a little of The Flecktones' last rehearsal.
