The Horseshoe Music Festival, in conjunction with the 501c3 the Launch Pad Foundation, is back and launching their Mammoth, CA edition over the Summer Solstice, June 21-23 at Outbound Mammoth, an alpine retreat near the Sierra Nevada Mountains. This unique, intimate festival has something for everyone centered around its 4 pillars: Music, Fashion, Culinary, & Wellness.
Curated for the local community, and also designed as a destination event for surrounding cities, the thoughtfully created Horseshoe will entertain and fulfill fans' desires to the highest caliber. Musician Duane Betts and his wife, designer Lisa Hadley Betts, created a completely unique festival experience that celebrates all the things they love and appreciate. "We created the kind of event that we wanted to attend. A weekend of amazing music, really good food & drinks, thoughtful artisan-made goods, vintage resellers, & a wellness retreat that is fun and will make you feel like a new person," Lisa shares.
The festival will be open to the public during the day Friday, Saturday, & Sunday (hours TBA) with a suggested $5 donation going to their local Give-Backs (to be shared soon). Then the ticketed evening festivities begin at 4pm Friday & Saturday and Noon on Sunday. Host Duane Betts, along with longtime friend and Musical Director Eric Krasno, will orchestrate 3 nights jam-packed with supergroup music. “I’m excited to have so many friends getting together to play the music we all love. I feel it’s only fitting to do a tribute to Dad as part of the Americana set this year.
