In an electrifying fusion of talent, modern funk pioneers Lettuce team up with house music maestros The Sponges for a groundbreaking remix of "Everything’s Gonna Be Alright" from Lettuce's eighth studio album, 'Unify.' This collaboration delivers a fresh, infectious EDM spin on the track, out now on Lettuce Records.

Adam Deitch of Lettuce shares his excitement:

"My good friend Manic Focus hit me up and said, 'these guys called The Sponges remixed your tune. You're gonna dig it!' Well... he sure was right! The remix blends so many elements of electronica, future bass, and tech house, while still featuring the organic elements of Lettuce. This remix is party-tested and approved.”

The Sponges add:
"Getting the opportunity to remix Lettuce was an absolute dream come true for us. We have often referred to Lettuce as the greatest funk band active today, and we do not say that lightly! We’ve seen Lettuce in concert probably half a dozen times or more, and we wanted to be able to share their vibes with our audience in a way that fit with our sound. In short, we loved the idea of bringing Lettuce to the club. House music fans deserve a little Lettuce too! And thus, our remix for 'Everything’s Gonna Be Alright' was born."

The original Lettuce track is from their eighth studio album, 'Unify,' released in June 2022. Featuring a guest vocal appearance from Dumpstaphunk's bass extraordinaire and song co-writer Nick Daniels, the track is an uplifting funk freight train. It represents Lettuce keyboardist Nigel Hall's reinterpretation of a classic Clark Sisters tune.

Lettuce continues to push musical boundaries, with a discography that spans over three decades of innovation. The Sponges, known for their fusion of funk and bass house, have made waves with their high-energy tracks and electrifying performances, garnering support from industry heavyweights. This remix not only marks a milestone in both groups' careers but also sets a new standard for genre-blending collaborations.
