Presented by WBEZ, LIVE WIRE RADIO, the independent public radio variety show hosted by LUKE BURBANK is making its way from Portland, Oregon eastward for its first-ever Chicago taping on December 2nd at Lincoln Hall.

The show airs on 120 stations nationwide including WBEZ (Saturday at 8pm), it is taped in front of a live audience and features cultural notables; best-selling authors, comedians, spokespeople for the sciences, and musicians. It’s like Late Night for public radio.
Host Luke Burbank (Wait, Wait…Don’t Tell Me panelist) will welcome the inimitable Reggie Watts – a self-described disinformationist who combines beatboxing, rhyme, humor and cultural commentary to delight, inform and transfix his audiences. Additional guest to be announced.
