Mountain Jam, the Northeast’s iconic jam band festival and a celebrated beacon of rock, folk, indie, roots, and Americana, is officially back. From June 20–22, 2025, the spirit of improvisational music will once again echo through the peaks and valleys of the Catskills, as this storied festival makes its much-anticipated return to Belleayre Mountain.
Founded in 2005 by Radio Woodstock to mark 25 years of independent and eclectic radio, Mountain Jam quickly evolved into one of the nation’s premier music festivals. For 14 memorable years, fans and musicians converged at Hunter Mountain for all-night jam sessions and legendary collaborations. In 2019, to honor the 50th anniversary of the historic 1969 Woodstock Festival, Mountain Jam moved to the sacred grounds at Bethel Woods. Mountain Jam triumphantly returns in 2025, independently produced by the original Mountain Jam & Radio Woodstock team.

About Mountain Jam
Mountain Jam was founded in 2005 by Radio Woodstock to celebrate its 25-year legacy of championing diverse and innovative music. After more than a decade of sold-out festivals at Hunter Mountain and a special edition at Bethel Woods in 2019, the festival returns with its original ethos intact: to share the joy of improvisational, community-centered performances that transcend genre lines.
