Connecticut Americana trio Orebolo, in partnership with Nashville music outlet OurVinyl, returns with the release of a four-song studio session. Now available on YouTube and across all streaming platforms, the intimate set features dazzling visuals captured by Bolo Brothers Creative in a decorated performance space. Orebolo, an acoustic offshoot of acclaimed indie quintet Goose performed four familiar selections from their extensive catalog. “Hungersite” and “Slow Ready,” both released on Goose’s 2022 album Dripfield, accompany fan favorite tunes “Creatures” and “Madhuvan.”
“We had a fantastic time working with the OurVinyl team to record these tunes in a unique setting,” said Peter Anspach (vocals, guitar). “Having the opportunity to showcase this side of our music is a special opportunity that is rare for us - we hope you enjoy it!”
The release follows the announcement of Orebolo’s forthcoming Winter Tour 2022, which will see the band make its inaugural trip to Colorado for three highly anticipated performances. The trio will hit the stage at Beaver Creek’s Vilar Performing Arts Center (December 10th), Steamboat Springs’ Old Town Pub (December 12), and the historic Boulder Theatre (December 14). Tickets for all three shows are on sale now, extremely limited quantities remain. The three shows precede Goosemas, Goose’s landmark annual holiday event, taking place away from the band’s nest in the north east at Broomfield’s 1STBANK Center (December 16 + 17)
