Rising country artist Tanner Usrey released his new song, “These Days,” today via Atlantic Records. Listen to the song HERE and watch the official music video HERE.

Of the track, produced by Grammy Award-winner Dave Cobb, Usrey shares, “I wrote ‘These Days’ late one night—or I guess early morning—when I had been up all night, and I was honestly not in a good headspace. I felt like I just wasn’t good enough for anything, which I think is something that a lot of people struggle with. Then when the sun started coming up I got to thinking ‘man, I made it another day and that’s what counts,’ because sometimes that’s all you can do is hope you can make it through to another day. This song is one that I really needed to write and put out for myself, but I hope that it resonates with the people who need it just like I did.”

With his raw energy and timeless sound, Usrey is quickly becoming a standout in country music. Continuing to garner widespread attention, he has amassed over 300 million streams to date, performed countless shows across the country, has had his songs featured in hit shows like “Yellowstone” and “Landman,” and released his full-length debut album, Crossing Lines, in 2023. Of the record, Whiskey Riff declares, “Tanner Usrey is a star on the brink of shooting across the sky…The gritty southern rock and roll sound combined with his Texas red dirt roots and earnest songwriting is a combo that absolutely rips,” while Holler calls it a “vivid, all-encompassing and, most notably, distinct album.”

Usrey is hitting the road this spring and summer with upcoming performances at festivals like Stagecoach, Two Step Inn and Calf Fry. He will also join Dylan Gossett for select dates this spring as well as several shows with Cody Jinks as part of his “The Hippies and Cowboys Tour,” including stops at Franklin, TN’s FirstBank Amphitheater, Idaho Falls’ Mountain America Center and Berkeley’s Greek Theatre at UC Berkeley among others. A native of Prosper, TX, Usrey was drawn to music at an early age. Raised on the sounds of Alan Jackson and Garth Brooks, his musical journey took a turn when his brothers introduced him to the Red Dirt scene. It was then that he discovered artists like Cross Canadian Ragweed, Wade Bowen and the Randy Rogers Band. Usrey will continue to release new music this year, additional details to come.
