Last night, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats brought down the house on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon with an electrifying live rendition of “South of Here,” the title track from their critically acclaimed fourth studio album—watch here. Host Jimmy Fallon introduced the band with high praise:

“Boy oh boy, do we have great music tonight. We’ve known this band and this gentleman for 10 years...they crushed it, and I just found out they sold out Madison Square Garden. That’s how you do it. We love them—Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats are here! The best.”

This performance arrives just before the band’s sold-out show at Madison Square Garden this Thursday, March 27. The much-anticipated event is part of Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats’ first-ever arena tour in support of South of Here, out now via Stax—listen here. After the MSG date, the tour continues with two sold-out nights at Boston’s MGM Music Hall.

The landmark run has included stops at Los Angeles’ Kia Forum, Seattle’s Climate Pledge Arena, and several major Canadian arenas, including Scotiabank Arena in Toronto. Having already thrilled audiences coast to coast, Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats continue to prove why they are one of today’s most dynamic live acts.
