Internationally renowned composer and multi-instrumentalist Yanni rings in the New Year with a new album and the news of a major North American tour, embarking February 2nd in Sarasota, FL, with stops in cities including Atlanta, Denver, Nashville, New Orleans, Los Angeles and more. The run will continue well into the Spring with more dates to be announced shortly.  Yanni, accompanied by his 15-member master musician international orchestra, will perform beloved fan favorites as well as pull out a few surprises.  His new album SENSUOUS CHILL will be available worldwide via Sony Music Masterworks imprint Portrait Records on January 29th.

Composing, producing and recording his brand new album and launching an extensive tour is seemingly not enough for Yanni: hot on the heels of the release of Sensuous Chill, the artist will also be the focus of a spectacular new PBS Special YANNI: THE DREAM CONCERT - LIVE FROM THE GREAT PYRAMIDS OF EGYPT –which will air nationwide in March. A DVD and Blu-Ray of the Special will be available as well. Yanni explains his motivation for this project, “This album represents several years of collaboration with some of the brightest artists in the world! That is what brings the uniqueness the beauty and the color on this album. I have thought long and hard in order to decide which songs to pick, and in which sequence they should appear.. I wanted to create a sensuous melodious and sexy environment for the listener; and I wanted it to last a long time !...This album "knows" what it wants to be!...And it is unmistakably Yanni!! The whole collection  contains 17 songs 10 of which have never been released before. Put it on repeat and enjoy!!!”
