After a lot of careful thought, research and discussion, Johnny, William and the Rooster Walk board of directors have made the very difficult decision to postpone RW12 until Memorial Day weekend of next year (May 27-30, 2021). We are heartbroken that we won’t get to see you at Pop’s Farm this spring, but ultimately the health and safety of all involved with the festival is our top priority.
To help with the most urgent personal protective equipment needs facing the health workers responding to the coronavirus, multi-platinum rock band Shinedown have partnered with non-profit humanitarian aid organization Direct Relief, who are currently working to provide personal protective equipment and essential medical items, including protective masks, exam gloves and isolation gowns, to U.S. and international health workers responding to coronavirus.

Todd Rundgren and some well known guest artists are re-recording his 1973 anthem “Just One Victory” and giving it away for free to Democrats throughout the US running for public office this year. So far Joe Walsh, Daryl Hall, and Paul Shaffer have already agreed to join the effort along with producer Don Was. The idea was suggested by former Bearsville Records executives Paul Fishkin and Marc Nathan.

COVID-19 has created immense distress worldwide. My chest is tight, there are moments when my right eye feels like it’s on the verge of twitching and sounds are sometimes muffled as hearing sensitivities can be associated with high levels of stress. I haven’t felt this type of unease since my partner committed suicide. Wow! I know you are all thinking, did she really just divulge something this deeply personal? I did.
