The all-star event will take place at Madison Square Garden on Sunday, November 24, following Dave Matthews Band's sold-out two-night stand (November 22 & 23). The concert will feature performances by Dave Matthews Band, Warren Haynes Band (based in Haynes' hometown of Asheville), Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats, and Goose.

Bill Graham’s famous observation in the 1970s about The Grateful Dead was certainly true at the time.
