The 16th annual Summer Camp Music Festival shined vibrantly Friday morning, as fans from across the nation flooded through the gates of the glorious Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe, Illinois for another epic celebration of music, arts and life. Born in 2001, the monumental event has grown to be one of the most celebrated Midwest events of the summer, hosting national acts such as Neil Young, Trey Anastasio, Steve Miller Band, Tom Petty, Widespread Panic and many, many more.

"Who's in Charge?" asks "who's got the power?" Me? You? Them? In so many situations we've all been in--business, school, politics--why should the few have power over the many? When we recorded this track, we wanted to combine the high energy rock n' roll that we bring to our live shows with the psychedelic approach we took in producing this album. It's the first song of the journey and the title track, so we really put everything we've got into it.

Music and Event Management Inc. announced today the initial lineup with over 30 acts for the 16th-annual Midpoint Music Festival (MPMF), set to take place September 23-25, 2016 in the Eastern part of Cincinnati’s historic Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, next to the Main street entertainment district near 12th and Sycamore streets.

I was very eager to return to Music on the Mesa in Taos, June 3-5.  The venue itself is stunning, with vitas of the mountains right past what I call the cornucopia main stage. The weather usually is cooler up at 8,000 feet in Taos than in other parts of the state and the night sky, even with concert lighting, is breathtaking.

I had the privilege of attending my favorite festival of the year for the fifth year in a row, and I am here to tell you about the best place on Earth. I would travel across several oceans to get to this festival. It is one that if you haven’t experienced, it should be placed on your bucket list. Eric Krasno has announced tour dates in support of his forthcoming solo album, 'Blood From A Stone,' due July 8 on his own record label, Feel Music/Round Hill.
