The Water Bowl is one of Indiana’s hidden gems, it is a 200 acre music venue conveniently located just outside of Muncie Indiana. It is far enough outside of the city that it is quaint yet close enough for festival-goers to make trips to town for their daily necessities.  The Water Bowl gets its name from the two ponds located inside the venue.

Anybody hoping for last year’s incredible lineup that featured Tom Petty and Steve Winwood playing on the same day and also sharing the stage for a few tunes was bound to be disappointed with this year’s lineup. ELECTRIC ZOO GOES GREEN with 80% of the power on site fueled by biodiesel, manufactured locally in Brooklyn from 100% soybean. The husk of the soybean is used to make the fuel and the rest goes back into the food chain. Biodiesel creates 78% less carbon emissions than petroleum. There will be recycling bins throughout the site for bottles & cans and the cups being used for serving wine & beer are biodegradable for the trash. We'll also be recycling cardboard, which will mostly be from backstage and vendor usage.
